📘 Thesis: Assessing Technological and Pedagogical Knowledge of Government School Teachers in E-Learning in Lalitpur Metropolitan City.

🔬 Methodology: Convergent parallel mixed-methods.

Quantitative: Surveys of Science, Math, and English subject teachers.
Qualitative: Semi-structured interviews with the ICT focal persons.

💻 Inspiration: The rapid integration of ICT tools and the growth of e-learning platforms during COVID pandemic motivated me study on importance of digital learning in schools and readiness of teachers to adopt education technologies.

🔍 Findings: Teachers have strong pedagogical skills but limited technological confidence. Effective digital education requires:

Clear policy
Continuous training
Reliable infrastructure
Community engagement
