Graduate Research Focus
π Thesis: Assessing Technological and Pedagogical Knowledge of Government School Teachers in E-Learning in Lalitpur Metropolitan City.
π¬ Methodology: Convergent parallel mixed-methods.
- Quantitative: Surveys of Science, Math, and English subject teachers.
- Qualitative: Semi-structured interviews with the ICT focal persons.
π» Inspiration: The rapid integration of ICT tools and the growth of e-learning platforms during COVID pandemic motivated me study on importance of digital learning in schools and readiness of teachers to adopt education technologies.
π Findings: Teachers have strong pedagogical skills but limited technological confidence. Effective digital education requires:
- Clear policy
- Continuous training
- Reliable infrastructure
- Community engagement
