Assessment of Technological and Pedagogical Knowledge of Government School Teachers in E-Learning in Lalitpur Metropolitan City

Employed a convergent parallel mixed-methods design combining quantitative survey data from 28 teachers (Science, Mathematics, English) with qualitative semi-structured interviews from ICT focal persons across 9 community schools.

Inspiration: The rapid integration of ICT tools and growth of e-learning platforms during COVID-19 motivated this study on teacher readiness to adopt educational technologies.

Key findings: Teachers demonstrate strong pedagogical skills but limited technological confidence. Effective digital education requires clear policy, continuous training, reliable infrastructure, and community engagement.
