I am an EdTech researcher exploring how Generative AI and emerging technologies are reshaping learning, assessment, and academic integrity. I present my work at international conferences and collaborate on research driving the future of educational practice.
I have developed a framework to evaluate educational tools in collaboration with professors from Missouri and Arkansas. The Person-Process-Product (3P) framework seeks to move academic integrity beyond AI detection by examining authentic and visible learning across the learner, learning process, and learning outcomes [_Paper under review_].
I have contributed to research communication and content development, including website architecture, multimedia strategy, EdTech research, and academic outreach. This work has enabled me to collaborate with professors from universities in the United States and internationally and present my work at national and international conferences. I have also led public outreach campaigns, developing a global network of EdTech leaders and educators.
Seconded to the Department of Education, I coordinate with government agencies and development partners to support the implementation of the national School Education Sector Plan (SESP). I support local governments in developing Local Education Plans through workshops, technical discussions, and plan reviews, while organizing and facilitating 10 thematic working groups.
In 2026, with institutional support from NIRT, I led a semi-structured survey across 13 community schools in Kathmandu to assess readiness for digital technology adoption. The study found that access to infrastructure alone was insufficient for effective adoption, highlighting the need for teacher capacity, institutional planning, training, and ongoing support.
Contributed to a study conducted by a national economic advisor on revenue generation sources for Lumbini Province to understand how provinces generate revenue independently of federal transfers.
